Tarique Rahman, the Acting Chairman of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), is scheduled to travel from London to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah during the last week of November.The information was confirmed to the media on Sunday (October 26) by Major General (Retd.) Fazle Elahi Akbar, Security Adviser to the BNP Chairman.Fazle Elahi Akbar stated that Tarique Rahman is expected to arrive in Saudi Arabia between November 20 and 21. After completing the pilgrimage, he will return to London.

When asked about his return to Bangladesh, Fazle Elahi Akbar said, “He may return to Dhaka in the last part of November or the beginning of December, but the exact date has not yet been finalized.”
