Ahead of the 13th national election, the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) today (February 6) unveiled its election manifesto, pledging to implement nine major commitments and a 51-point agenda aimed at rebuilding the country over the next five years.The manifesto was announced under the slogan “Korbo Kaj, Gorbo Desh” (We will work, we will build the nation) and carries the tagline “Shobar Aage Bangladesh” (Bangladesh First).Divided into five sections, the manifesto outlines what the party described as a clear roadmap for governance, focusing on political stability, economic recovery, good governance and social development, should the BNP be voted to power.

BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman unveiled the manifesto at Hotel Sonargaon in the capital this afternoon. The announcement marks a significant moment for the party, as it is the first time a BNP election manifesto has been presented under Tarique Rahman’s leadership.

Party leaders said the manifesto reflects BNP’s vision to address key national challenges and restore public trust through accountable governance over the next five years.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by senior party leaders, members of the election steering committee and invited guests.
