The event was moderated by Metropolitan Secretary Muhibullah Al Hossaini and chaired by Dhaka Metropolitan West Branch President Hafez Abu Taher. In his speech as the chief guest, Nurul Islam Saddam said, "There is no alternative to evaluating talented people to create honest, skilled, ideal, patriotic citizens. A nation that cannot evaluate talented people can never move forward."Talented people are the source of inspiration for the nation. Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, even after independence, were economically weaker than Bangladesh. They developed in just 10 to 20 years. And we still remain underdeveloped due to our apolitical politics and fighting among ourselves.60% of our country's talented students migrate outside the country. Our country has uranium, oil, gas, coal, sea, corridors, and many other natural resources. Currently, 9% of the country's population is elderly, the remaining 91% of the population is working age.Only talented people will have to come forward to utilize these resources and people.
