Tarique Rahman deeply saddened by the tragic fire at the Mirpur RMG factory and chemical warehouse that claimed at least 16 lives. May Allah grant eternal peace to the departed souls, and may He bless the injured with a swift and full recovery.Heartbreaking incidents like these repeat themselves, leaving behind grief and many questions. We must work to ensure workplace safety standards are implemented so that no more lives are lost due to negligence. 
I call upon the authorities to take immediate, decisive action to ensure transparency in the investigation, hold those responsible to account.
