On behalf of BNP’s Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, life-saving medical equipment was handed over to the father of late physician Dr. Sajib Sarkar to support his ailing mother, who has been bedridden for the past year.On Friday, October 17, at Mouchak, Dr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, BNP’s Health Affairs Secretary, presented various health supplies to Dr. Sajib’s father. During the handover, Dr. Rafiq assured the bereaved family of full support and conveyed that Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has taken personal responsibility for their well-being and continues to monitor their situation closely.

Expressing his gratitude, Mr. Halim Sarkar, father of the late Dr. Sajib, said, “Since my son’s martyrdom, Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has consistently checked on us and supported us in various ways. Today’s assistance will play a significant role in helping my family survive. I am deeply thankful to Mr. Tarique Rahman.”

It is noteworthy that Dr. Sajib’s mother has been bedridden for over a year and requires 24-hour oxygen support.
